I have alot to be Thankful for
This past week and weekend have been very busy. I have gotten so caught up in my business and in my self that I have lost sight of what all I have. So today as I ended my 24 hour pity party I started thinking about all that I have to bee thankful for. Yesterday my church delivered turkeys and groceries to 75 families who are in need. I had the pleasure to organize this project and talk to all of the families and make arrangements for the food to be delivered. As you can imagine that it took a long time. Now that the last bag has been delivered I have looked back on the project and realized no matter how tired I am and how upset I have gotten at little things over the past couple of days that this was a good thing and I am very lucky. So now that I have gotten a little off track here is a list of things I am thankful for. I encourage all of you just to at least make mental list of things that you are thankful for this Thanksgiving week.
- My relationship with Christ without Him I am nothing
- My husband- who is amazing
- Emery Claire- she is so funny and smart. She amazes me daily
- Ella- the sweetest thing I have ever met. Her excitement for life is contagious
- My parents- they are the most giving people
- My brother and sister in law- I am truly blessed to have such a great relationship with them
- My niece Olivia- she is so loving and and steals my heart every time I hear her laugh uncontrollably when she sees the girls
- Brooke- the greatest best friend a girl could have. She is the one who listens to my pity party or listens while I cry when I am way too stressed
- My job- even though sometimes it is hard, I know I am exactly where God wants me doing exactly what He has called me to do
- My extended family- I have wonderful aunts, uncles, and cousins who I adore
- Friends- I have wonderful friends who accept me as I am
- My health and the health of my family
- My church family- we are lucky to be in such a growing church
- My mother and Father in law- I am very thankful for the relationship that we have bulit lately
- There is lots more this was just a few of the things I am thankful for

Christmas Pictures
We had Christmas pictures made a couple of weeks ago with Olivia. The pictures turned out really good. I was a little worried because Ella was not real happy towards the end of the session. We had them made the afternoon after her birthday party so she was worn out. You can see the pictures by going to www.ashleecooperphotography.com then go to client gallery and the password is plant. Now the hard part is picking which pictures I want, there are so many good ones.
My mom had knee replacement surgery a week ago. She has done very well. She was in the hospital for four days and now is recovering at the lake house. She has been very diligent in her therapy is resting a lot. My mom is a very busy person so getting her to stop and rest is a big deal. The girls have missed her so much, but it is best that recovers at the lake. We went and spent time with her last night and today got a surprise visit from her for a little while. She needed some medicine that was over here and was ready to get out for a while. She did very good getting out. We are looking forward to seeing her Thursday for Thanksgiving. She is also looking forward to having everyone together. However, she is not cooking this year. Abbey, Aunt Jane, and I are handling the cooking. This will be a big change for mom. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.

Dave's Deacon Ordination
Tonight was such a good night for us as a family. Tonight was deacon ordination at our church. Six men were ordained, and one of which was Dave. My brother, Olivia, my uncle Gary, My aunt Jane, and Dave's parents all came into town to be with us. Each of the men were introduced by another deacon, then they shared their testimony, and then they were prayed for by a special person in their life. Dave was introduced and prayed for by his good friend Jason. After everyone had share then they were joined by their families and the rest of the church body to be prayed for. I was very proud of Dave. He did a wonderful job even though he HATES speaking in front of people. One of the sweetest things about the night was when everyone gathered around the men to pray. We were joined by our family and many of our friends tried to get as close to Dave as possible. Our dear friends Jesse and Trina gathered around Dave. I looked over at them and their sweet little boy Mason who is 6 had his hand on Dave's knee and his little eyes were closed praying for Dave. It was so sweet. We are very blessed with a wonderful family and a amazing church family.

Tick or Treat
We went with several friends to First Baptist to the trunk or treat. After we finished at trunk or treat we went to the high school football game. Brooke had picked out Ella's bumble bee costume and wanted to see her in the costume and since John is the principal and has to be at all the games we went to trick or treat at the game. The girls we a big hit. All the high school girls from church were so excited to see them. Emery Claire was Dorthy and Ella was the cutest bumble bee ever. Bailey Emery Claire's friend was also Dorthy. Elijah went with us also and he was the cutest little spider. Mason was a ghost and Lexi was a black cat. We had a lot of fun.
