Ella's birthday party was Saturday. She had a great time. We did pink poodles in Paris. She did not play in her cake as much as I thought she would. She was real prissy about her cake eating. I do have to stay Ella is probably one of the only people who had the police called to her first birthday party. We had her party at the fellowship hall of our church and I sat the alarm off when I was going into the church. Lucky the police officer was a long time friend of my dad's. He ended up singing "Happy Birthday to Ella". It all worked out and is a story that we will never forget.
